Here is the synopsis:
It's the year 2090 A.D and before the time for her to go blind, Penelope (Rae) must fulfil her father's request, to find a man with a birth marked tattoo so that she could save herself from the ugly reality surrounding her. However, what lies ahead of her is unknown and her faith as an Asper whose blood is deemed precious to the Militia. Will she be able to escape from the grasp of the Militia and find the man before her time is up or she will find a horrible truth behind her father's death that leads to betrayal, confusion and agony?
